Partner Giarte for Experience Measurement

Giarte helps us measure experiences

With Giarte, we have developed three interdependent applications: Amaze, Simply Amaze and XLA Connect. These applications are simple and easy to implement ServiceNow solutions to measure and improve end-user experience. The solutions are part of the Xperience Level Agreement (XLA) family. XLA is a framework for human-centric and business impact driven IT that:

TeamViewer Remote Support

Together with TeamViewer, we built TeamViewer Remote Support Integration for ServiceNow. This application enables remote support for managed devices directly from the ServiceNow dashboard. It allows you to easily initiate remote sessions. The integration provides ultra-easy collaboration while streamlining work processes as customers join the session by a simple click. Plus, you receive a notification when a customer is online.
