SEU needed an efficient and scalable solution to manage their admissions process across bachelor’s and master’s programs. The existing systems lacked integration, automation, and the ability to handle high-volume admissions during peak periods.
Time efficiency was at an all-time low and people were more likely to make errors in manual screening of applicants. Checking academic scores, program preferences, and seat availability was a nightmare for employees to take care of at such a large scale.
Additionally, SEU required a system that could integrate with multiple government and public sector platforms, verify academic backgrounds, and support secure online payments, all while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Solution
Plat4mation delivered a fully integrated Admission Management System for the Saudi Electronic University (SEU). We combined our native CSM capabilities with a highly customized application tailored specifically to the university built in the ServiceNow platform.

Successfully supporting 80,000+ registered users within the admission window and managing more than 60,000 completed applications, showcasing the ability to handle large-volume cases with ease. Millions of Saudi Riyals were securely processed through the integrated payment getaway, demonstrating reliability and trust.
Behind the scenes, the platform executed over 9 million workflows and API calls, which ensured seamless communication with external systems and fully automated applicant screening. This reduced manual workload, ensured less errors and expedited decision making processes.
