Associate Sales Operations Analyst

In this role, you will be a valuable business partner, working closely with our sales leads and the wider organization. Your contributions will directly impact on the scalability, reliability, and overall success of our commercial operations. We are looking for someone who is business-savvy, possesses exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and is eager to make a difference.

Scope of your work: 

  • Data Management – Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data within our CRM (HubSpot) instance, effectively managing and maintaining it.
  • Reporting & Dashboards Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, metrics, and dashboards that offer clear visibility into sales performance, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Knowledge Management – Oversee and maintain a centralized repository of sales assets, ensuring easy access and efficient organization.
  • Communication – Promote effective communication practices for sales functions, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across the team.
  • Onboarding – Provide support to new commercial employees, helping them understand all operational processes, policies, and systems.
  • Ad hoc – Prioritize and address any ad hoc activities promptly, eliminating any obstacles that may hinder the sales team’s progress. For instance, offering operational support to Sales Leads during an RFx cycle.


We ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in (International) Business Management, Entrepreneurship or related studies.
  • 0 – 2 Years experience. Having worked with a CRM Database and MS Office is a big plus.
  • You possess project management skills. You have a natural ability to stay organized and disciplined, paying attention to detail. Moreover, you display determination in following up to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Your problem-solving capabilities are strong, enabling you to identify and address issues related to data, processes, or systems with remarkable effectiveness.
  • Your analytical aptitude is great, and you consistently demonstrate an excellent eye for detail, thereby guaranteeing the integrity and reliability of the data.
  • Your progressive work experience is relevant and indicative of your understanding of business operations. Experience in Operations/ Project Management or Customer Service is a big plus!
  • You are fluent in both English and Dutch. Fluency in German or French is a big plus!
