As an Associate Finance Officer, you get to join our Finance team and will be involved in various financial topics. As a perfectionist, you ensure that our administrational processes are seamless. You are flexible and enjoy working in a fast changing environment and you adapt easily to changes. Your interpersonal skills will allow you to build solid internal relationships and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues.
You will be the first line of communication of the Finance Department for various entities. Your main tasks will be preparing and executing project invoicing according to different invoice schedules, making corrections if needed and keeping the Purchase Order administration up to date. You will have contact with both internal and external parties – for example PMO, project leads, account leads, sales, and external finance departments.
