At Plat4mation you will work as a Senior Business Consultant HRSD in a team of enthusiastic Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists. You will have a big impact on challenging projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom and high technology industries. You have the option tow work from home or the office in Frankfurt, (hybrid-working model) and you can work at the customer depending on their preferences.
As a Senior Business Consultant HRSD you will work in a project environment where you are value driven. You will ensure that the HR services are precisely tailored to the demand, all HR operations run smoothly. Providing services to employees that flow and give an excellent employee experience. With our solution we implement a platform that act as a one-stop-shop for all employee related matters. It is therefore very important that you are both IT- and employee-minded so you can connect both worlds.
Besides optimizing HR-operations at our customers, we expect you to assist with further developing our internal HRSD Competency. This includes developing the pre-sales, delivery and post-implementation activities and making them more effective to accelerate our delivery. You have a strong understanding of the customers business context. You will help with the design, development and implementation of winning technical solutions, so you can introduce and establish new HR service delivery solutions into the customers business. You are together with pre-sales responsible for the creation and maintenance to support all the phases of the HRSD opportunity lifecycle. And last you will support the pre-sales by acting as a resource person for HRSD with respect to pre-sales and marketing.
