What will you do? 

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Mechelen, Belgium. In your role as Key Account Manager, you are responsible to grow our business within the solution & services portfolio of Plat4mation.  

You will be part of a global strategic consultancy partner that is 100% dedicated to delivering world-class digital business capabilities for our customers. Ensuring they get the most value from the ServiceNow platform. Our broad services portfolio is exclusively built around ServiceNow, making us the one-stop-shop for all ServiceNow related advisory services, implementations, custom app developments and application maintenance & support. We deliver high impact results for our client base that consist of large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom, and high technology industries. Scope of your work: 

  • You actively contribute to the realization of our goals. 
  • You build a positive relationship with our partner ServiceNow and work closely together with their sales representatives. 
  • Develop productive and long-term senior management relationships with our customers. 
  • Understand existing and future IT roadmaps within organizations and the marketplace. 
  • Collaborates with and acts as a liaison between our customers, development and delivery teams during the end-to-end engagement and sales process. 
  • Create client deliverables such as presentations, pre-sales materials, request for information (RFI) materials, request for proposal (RFP) materials. 
  • You maintain the forecast and the sales pipeline in our CRM system and manage the opportunities till deal closure. 
  • Lead a bid team to answer RfP’s and manage the whole process. 
  • You are a team player and able to cooperate with various internal business units. 

 

We ask  

  • Full Professional Proficiency in English; Working Proficiency in Dutch or French is a big plus. 
  • >2 years sales experience of complex project solution-selling within Enterprise Software. 
  • Proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills. 
  • Lead and provide hands-on support during proposal and offering development. 
  • As Trusted Advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Actively contribute to the company’s solution portfolio, by providing knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects.
  • Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels. 
  • Consulting background is a plus. 
  • Good understanding of SaaS & PaaS enterprise solutions. 
  • Ability to examine, listen, qualify, and resolve concerns or obstacles to a sale in a logical fashion, emphasizing the solutions or services that will deliver maximum benefit. 
  • Existing good network across the domain on C-Level.
