Managed Services Delivery Lead

What will you do?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managed Services Delivery Lead to join our team and lead the delivery of our Managed Services ServiceNow platform implementations in Belgium. As Managed Services Delivery Lead, you are responsible for managing a team of ServiceNow consultants and ensuring the successful delivery of Managed Services projects to our customers.

  • Ensure client satisfaction: responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered to clients on time, within budget, and to their satisfaction. This involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and working closely with them throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their goals are met.
  • Manage project teams: responsible for managing project teams and ensuring they have the resources, tools, and support they need to deliver projects successfully. This involves providing guidance and support to team members, monitoring their progress, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Drive profitability: responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and that profit margins are maintained. This involves managing costs, forecasting revenues, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Maintain quality standards: responsible for maintaining high quality standards in project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered to clients with the highest level of quality and professionalism. This involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring project performance metrics, and ensuring that project teams adhere to best practices and industry standards.

Scope of your work

  • Manage and lead a team of ServiceNow consultants in Belgium.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementations to our customers.
  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and develop implementation plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to the Managing Director and Global Board.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.


We ask

  • At least 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, including at least 5 years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects in Belgium
  • Demonstrable strong leadership and people management skills
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • The following certifications are a plus: Scrum Master, CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS certification.
