Marketing Communications Professional

What will you do?

In this diverse role as Marketing Communications Professional, your main responsibilities are social media management, content creation/management, branding & PR and event management. One moment, you’re writing, designing, and scheduling social media content and the next you’re preparing all assets for an online webinar (email, social, registration page, etc.). Or you’ll be leading a website renewal project for which you copywrite and build new website pages together with our lead designer and web developer. Or you’re prepping a recording of a new podcast episode for our Flow@Work podcast series.

In short, you’ll be responsible for:

• Content creation – Copywriting like blogs, design and campaign management
• Social media management – Posting, channel maintenance and round-the-clock monitoring
• Website management – Branding and page creation
• Branding & PR – Asset management (Word/PPT/Email Signature Templates, etc.), brand refresh projects and press release copywriting
• Event management – Copywriting and publication of event registration pages, sales invites and associated event emails

As global Marketing Team, we also have another brand under our wings: 4Industry. You’ll also support that brand with your expertise on brand management. In practice, this means you create the social media posts on corporate branding level, manage the About us pages of this website and you’ll use your experience to assist a junior colleague with branding and messaging (mainly for new product web pages, but also for the best newsletter setup, for example).

 

We ask

• Excellent copywriting skills in English and Dutch
• A Bachelor/University degree in Marketing/Communications/Branding/Design/Content creation
• 2+ years of working experience in a similar all-round marcomms role
• Communicative, entrepreneurial and dare to think out of the box
• Good planning and organizational skills, and a precise worker (check, check, double-check!)
• Knowledge of different content platforms like Spotify/YouTube/Instagram, and how to apply them
• Experience working with WordPress
• Knowledge of design programs (like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) is a plus
