Office of the CEO

We are searching for an experienced and motivated colleague to join our team as the Office of the CEO. This is a critical role in our organization as you will be responsible for providing strategic and administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, hereby ensuring that the organization’s goals and objectives are met. Our ideal candidate for the position of Office of the CEO will have a strong background in business administration and excellent communication and organizational skills.


What will you do?

  • Providing strategic support to the CEO and Global Board, including research, analysis, and recommendations on strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinating the CEO’s schedule, and preparing materials for meetings and events.
  • Developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures to support the CEO and Global Board.
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the CEO and other departments and stakeholders.
  • Managing the flow of information to and from the CEO’s office, and ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity in handling information.
  • Supporting the CEO and Global Board in cultivating relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Managing and organizing corporate events, including QBR’s, board meetings, business meetings, and other events.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.


We ask

  • You have well-developed project-management skills: being organized and disciplined, showing attention to detail, and following up doggedly to ensure the right results.
  • You are business savvy, including an understanding of our Operating Model, the marketplace, competitors, and technology and what is required for sustained operating results.
  • You have the ability to see what pressures the CEO faces in pushing the company to change and to find ways to lessen them.
  • You have the ability to recognize which relationships are most important to the success of the CEO’s agenda so as to assist in strengthening them.
  • You have excellent communication skills, because the Office of the CEO must help refine the CEO’s message and ensure that it is understood by the right audiences.
  • Fluency in Dutch & English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Previous experience as a Office of the CEO is not required. We do expect a person with a Growth (can-do) mindset. Someone with attention for details, but has the ability to set the right priorities. Should have a very high level of intrinsic motivation to structure, coordinate and drive results. Excellent communications skills, both verbally and in writing (yes, also proficient in building slick PowerPoints).
