As a Senior Business Consultant – HRSD, you get to join a team of enthusiastic and driven Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists who are 100% dedicated to delivering world-class digital business capabilities powered by ServiceNow. We are a global strategic partner for our customers ensuring they get the most value from the platform. Our broad services portfolio is exclusively built around ServiceNow, making us the one-stop-shop for all ServiceNow related advisory services, implementations, custom app developments and application maintenance & support.
As a consultant, you get to work on high impact and challenging projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom and high technology industries. In this role, you will be partly working remote and at the customer premises. You ensure that HRSD services are precisely tailored to the demand, so all HR operations run smoothly. Thereby contributing to an excellent employee experience. With our solution we implement a platform that acts as a one-stop-shop for all HR related matters.
Besides optimizing HR-operations processes, you help with further developing our internal HRSD Competency. This includes developing the pre-sales, delivery and post-implementation processes and making them more effective. Furthermore, you help with the design, development and implementation of winning technical solutions, and introduce and establish new HR service delivery solutions into the customers’ business. To sum it up, you are, together with pre-sales, responsible for the creation and maintenance to support all phases of the HRSD opportunity lifecycle.
