Elmer is one of the three co-founders of Plat4mation, 4Industry and 4Mation Technologies India. In his role as CEO, he closely collaborates with customers and ServiceNow to develop and market innovative solutions and implementation approaches. He makes sure our offerings address business challenges, while utilizing new platform capabilities to their full extent.
Elmer is often praised for his visionary outlook and entrepreneurial passion. He has got his heart and soul in the company and is an excellent motivational speaker. Watch out, because his enthusiasm is infectious!

Roel is one of the three co-founders of Plat4mation, 4Industry and 4Mation Technologies India. As CFO and Chair of the Plat4mation and 4Industry Investment Committee, Roel is responsible for strategy development and execution.
But with 15+ years of experience as SaaS/PaaS Management Consultant and 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, Roel also advises customers by designing pragmatic solutions that solve complex business challenges. He can break down technical complexity into manageable pieces and thus drive efficient delivery, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and maximum value is derived from the platform.
Roel has a high-energy, passionate and enthusiastic character. He really is the embodiment of our core value Fun & Energetic!
Chief HR Officer (CHRO)

Bas is one the three co-founders of Plat4mation, 4Industry and 4Mation Technologies India. He has extensive experience with implementing ServiceNow and app development, which is why he’s still often involved in large implementation projects.
In his current role as CHRO, Bas is responsible for internal communications and human resources. Since we’re growing so fast, he’s now professionalizing the HR department to ensure we keep attracting and retaining talent in this competitive labor market.
Bas has an open, warm and sensitive personality and is a real people person. No wonder why HR handles our employees with a lot of care and attention!

Raymond is our COO and has years of operational, consulting and management experience in the field of IT Service Management and ServiceNow. He is able to fully understand the challenges of a customer and provide them with the best solutions.
Within Plat4mation, Raymond plays an important role in guiding our projects and consultants. He is service-minded, energetic and pragmatic, making him the go-to guy for many customers.
