Plat4mation announces Herbert Cron as new Managing Director in Germany

Utrecht, Netherlands – July 17, 2024 – Plat4mation, the global pure-play ServiceNow partner in world-class consultancy services and applications for the ServiceNow platform, announced today that Herbert Cron has joined its German entity as new Managing Director. Herbert will drive both Plat4mation’s successful entry into the German Mittelstand and strategic goal of becoming ServiceNow’s leading partner in Germany.

A seasoned leader with extensive experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem

Herbert Cron brings in 25 years of experience in IT and consulting. His expertise includes a solid track record of building and running professional services organizations, partner management, and a keen focus on customer success. Having previously spent 11 years at ServiceNow, Herbert has established a strong network which he plans to leverage in his role at Plat4mation.

In February 2024, ServiceNow selected Plat4mation for its first European strategic investment to accelerate customer adoption and growth in Germany. This goal aligns with Herbert’s experience, which also includes 3 years in partner management where he focused on growing ServiceNow’s most strategic verticals through partner networks.

Optimizing Plat4mation’s go-to-market approach in Germany

In his role as Managing Director, Herbert will be optimizing Plat4mation’s go-to-market approach and take a deep dive into the company’s internal processes such as finance, HR, and sales and marketing. His deep understanding of the German market as well as the dynamics of ServiceNow sales, professional services approach, and ecosystem management will be integral for Plat4mation to expand its focus on digital transformation in Germany’s Mittelstand sector.
