Explore

We take a deep-dive into your processes (run tests, retrieve data sets, etc.) and strategic goals—all to paint a full picture. We define roles and responsibilities, acceptance criteria and high-level use cases. If our findings show us we need to change course, we will tell you to ensure we deliver on your business challenge.

Design

Together, we determine what success looks like. We make success tangible and achievable. In doing so, we focus on People, Process, Technology and Data. We identify possible gaps between the proposed configuration and desired way of working, we demo the processes in ServiceNow and identify configuration improvements—all to end up with the right combination of processes and technology that will make work flow. Organizational Change Management will help us get your people on board and hit the ground running.

Build

Equipped with reusable assets and the right knowledge and experience, our team builds your configuration on time and budget (yes, really!!)—preferably together with you. Because when we join forces, we can add even more value. Once completed, we demo the configuration and showcase example reports.

Go-live

We check the final go-live plans, communication template, timeline and if everybody is ready. Then we test the configuration, cross-check the data and measure to ensure we’ve done a good job. After your approval, we go live!

How long does a ServiceNow Enterprise implementation take?

There’s no single answer to this question. The implementation track is heavily influenced by organizational complexity, size and collaboration.

However, a typical Enterprise Implementation should take 3-6 months. We like to work agile and deliver results fast in sprints, so you can start reaping the benefits of working with the platform as soon as possible.

Will platform manageability be affected if we configure it to our
business processes?

No. We take our time to ensure the best fit between standard ServiceNow processes and your business process, and we’ll stay out-of-the-box every step of the way. When we deviate, we carefully document this to ensure platform manageability. If you want to, we can even support you in the long run through either platform management services or full ServiceNow Managed Services.
