What data do we need in ServiceNow?
As we are dealing with sensitive employee data, we advise to keep the data to a minimum. Only include data that is necessary to automate your HR processes: company/location/organizational unit/employment type/start & end date, etc.
Can we start the project by first implementing X (e.g. onboarding process)? This is the biggest pain point within our organization.
