For customers purchasing Plat4mation Products and Services, the following Terms and Conditions apply:
For customers purchasing MSP (Managed Service Provider) Subscription Service from Plat4mation the use is governed by the Ordering Agreement. The Ordering Agreement consists of four main building blocks: the Order Form, the Subscription Service Terms and Conditions, the Subscription Service Guide and the Data Processing Addendum.
The Order Form is the document for subscribing to the MSP Service. It defines the commercial terms and conditions and establishes the agreement structure. The Subscription Service Terms and Conditions provide the legal terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Subscription Service. In the Subscription Service Guide the support, upgrade policy and the service levels that apply to your use of the Service are described.
Plat4mation’s Subscription Service security is governed by the 4mation Information Security Policy Framework. In the event that your personal data are being processed via the Plat4mation Subscription Service the Data Processing Addendum applies.
All of our brand features are protected by applicable trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights. If you want to use any of our brand features on your website, in an ad, in an article or book, or reproduce it elsewhere or on another medium, you first need permission from Plat4mation.
