EcoVadis
In 2025, we were awarded the Bronze EcoVadis Medal for the fourth year in a row. With a score of 65 out of 100 (+10 compared to 2024), we are now among the top 35% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis. This recognition reflects the progress we’ve made across all key areas and shows that we are on the right path toward a more sustainable and responsible future.

Climate Neutral Group
Since 2018, we’ve undertaken steps to minimize our carbon footprint. Because the smaller this footprint, the more we spare our planet. In 2020, we started compensating our carbon footprint with Climate Neutral Group and were declared CO2 neutral! Compared to 2019, we reduced our carbon footprint with 73%. Our long-term goal is to reduce our CO2 emissions to zero, so we don’t have to compensate anymore.

Our mobility policy fosters the use of public transportation and we minimize travels to clients and other offices.
Paperless
All of our offices are paperless, which means we use digital signing to sign off agreements.
Fair trade
We offer a range of fair trade and biological products to reduce our carbon footprint and we separate our waste.
We rise by lifting others
Committed to making a positive impact on society, we sponsor several foundations and charities. Apart from specific charity support (see below), we also keep thinking of new ways to contribute to society—from our X-mas gifts wrapped by a sheltered workshop to a generous donation to Skate4air to raising 11,220 EUR for Help India Breathe in a flash auction.
Stichting Opkikker
Stichting Opkikker organizes fun events (Opkikkerdagen) for families with a sick child, so they can enjoy a worry-free day and recharge their batteries. We raise funds for this foundation by collecting and recycling old mobile phones and printer cartridges at our office in the Netherlands.
Creative Coding Utrecht
Digital artists find new ways to use technologies, and as such, are a big source of inspiration for businesses to solve challenges in innovative and unique ways. Creative Coding Utrecht embodies this view, as they make art through creative coding. And it happens to be that coding runs through our veins too, so this foundation is really close to our hearts.
Villa Clementina
We sponsor Villa Clementina because of their unique inclusive daycare facility, providing care for children with and without disabilities. A beautiful concept that helps include disabled children in society.
Sports bring people together
We believe in the power of sports to build coherent communities consisting of healthy and (therefore) happy people. We sponsor several local sports teams and we stimulate our employees to be actively engaged in sports.

Our commitment to the SDGs
We are committed to SDG3 through active engagement in sport and wellness. By sponsoring local sports teams, encouraging team participation in events like Tough 1000 for the Heart Foundation, and organizing employee fitness initiatives, we help build healthier communities inside and outside our organization.
We support SDG 10 by promoting inclusion through partnerships with organizations like Villa Clementina and events for underrepresented communities. Our commitment to equity is reflected in our diverse workforce of 30+ nationalities and in the equitable access we enable through donations and sponsorships.
We support SDG 17 by partnering with charitable organizations like Stichting Opkikker, Help India Breathe, and Villa Clementina to address social and health challenges. Collaborating with like-minded partners helps us amplify our impact and build a more inclusive, resilient world.
