Can we customize booking rules, like how far in advance can rooms be booked?
Arrow Down

Yes, admins can easily set rules like advance booking limits, buffer times, and user access.

Is it possible to report issues?
Arrow Down

Yes. Employees can report issues such as broken equipment directly through MeetNow. It is also even possible to order meeting services, like catering, directly through the app.

Does this app require a specific ServiceNow license to work?

How does user authentication work, especially with NFC check-in?
Arrow Down

Users check in quickly and securely using either their NFC badge or ServiceNow credentials. NFC allows for instant tap-and-go access, while ServiceNow login ensures secure identity verification when needed.

Can facility managers track room usage and no-shows?
Arrow Down

Yes. Facility managers can track and act upon data collected from usage patterns of meeting space. For example, they can check the number of planned reservations that ended up in no-shows or view the % of time that a space has been actually occupied. With this information, they can start optimizing spaces.
