Plat4mation Welcomes Its New Chief HR Officer: Anouk van Daalen

Utrecht, Netherlands – January 21, 2025 – Plat4mation, the global business transformation and ServiceNow Elite Partner, is pleased to announce that Anouk van Daalen, current HR Director, has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer as of January 1, 2025. Anouk succeeds co-founder Bas Tax who will transition to the new position of Director of Strategic Initiatives.

Anouk’s 9-year journey at Plat4mation has been truly special, growing into a leader who has played an instrumental role in shaping our company culture and success. She has witnessed the company rise from a small team to over 450 employees across 10 locations, reflecting Plat4mation’s dynamic growth and transformation. Her contributions include establishing our first HR policies, creating the Job Career Framework and Performance Cycle, growing new entities with locally compliant HR processes, and building an HR team with a global service model.

In her new role as CHRO, which coincides with Plat4mation entering a new phase of strategic growth, Anouk will focus on shaping the company’s evolution in a sustainable and healthy way, with a strong emphasis on employees as the company’s most valuable asset. Recruitment will be a key area of responsibility, where she will ensure that employees work in an environment that enables them to realize their full potential.

This transition also provides Bas the chance to focus on broader strategic initiatives. As our new Director of Strategic Initiatives, he will collaborate closely with leadership to tackle key projects that impact the entire company. Bas’s ability to drive strategic projects and impact change makes him the perfect fit for this new role, where he’ll continue to shape Plat4mation’s future. Bas will remain involved as a co-founder and shareholder, working alongside the Supervisory Board on company strategy and ensuring that Plat4mation remains on course as we evolve.
