Plat4mation Announces Appointment of Carin Bouwman as New Chief Financial Officer

Utrecht, Netherlands – January 7, 2025 – Plat4mation, the global business transformation partner and ServiceNow Elite Partner, is excited to announce the appointment of Carin Bouwman as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Carin officially assumed her role on January 1, 2025, succeeding Roel Schoenmakers, the current CFO and one of the company’s founders.  

With Plat4mation growing organically and through acquisitions, and expanding into new markets around the world, Carin’s appointment strengthens the company’s financial leadership at a pivotal time. “Our growth as an organization has broadened the scope of our finance team’s responsibilities and introduced greater complexity to our financial operations,” said Elmer de Valk, CEO of Plat4mation. “Carin’s expertise will be instrumental in ensuring we mature our finance function and stay firmly in control as we navigate this exciting chapter.”

Carin joins Plat4mation with extensive experience as a financial leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem. She has a deep understanding of consulting, implementation, and managed services, as well as a thorough grasp of the license reselling business. Her background includes significant experience in multinational organizations, such as DXC Technology, and active participation in mergers and acquisitions, making her an ideal fit for Plat4mation’s strategic goals.
