Plat4mation Appoints Jan-Jaap Kuijs as Chief Financial Officer

Utrecht, the Netherlands – January 6, 2025 – Plat4mation, the largest pure-play ServiceNow Elite Partner based in EMEA, announced the appointment of Jan-Jaap Kuijs as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective January 1^st, 2026. Kuijs will join Plat4mation’s executive leadership team and play a key role in supporting the company’s international growth ambitions and strategic evolution toward and AI-driven capabilities.

Kuijs brings extensive financial leadership experience, including nearly eight years as CFO at OGD, a Netherlands-based IT services organization with a strong focus on managed services. During this time, he developed deep insight into IT service management, the value of the ServiceNow platform, and the importance of building recurring service models supported by strong financial governance. He also brings international experience in M&A, auditing, and financial advisory roles, including several years at Deloitte in Amsterdam.

In his role at Plat4mation, Kuijs will be responsible for further professionalizing the finance function and supporting the business as it scales globally. This includes strengthening financial governance, improving forecasting and business control, and supporting the company’s evolution toward a more predictable, recurring revenue base through managed and long-term services.
