What will you do?

Our broad services portfolio is exclusively built around ServiceNow, making us the one-stop-shop for all ServiceNow related advisory services, implementations, custom app developments and application maintenance & support.  

As a Business Consultant, your main focus is on helping improve the customer experience across the organization. You get to play a significant role in the realization of customer organization’s goals and needs by implementing a more business focused approach aligned with their strategy. 

Scope of your work: 

• You are primary point of contact for a customer and make recommendations for effective and cost-efficient workflows. As Trusted Advisor you create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.  
• You assist colleagues with pre-sales and RFP’s. 
• You capture customer needs and translate these into a workable solution. 
• You guide and conduct workshops in explaining the functional ITSM solution in ServiceNow. 
• You give presentations and demonstrations on ServiceNow and discuss and analyze GAPS between ServiceNow and the customer’s processes. 
• You tailor our value proposition fitted to customer requirements, based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers. 
• You actively monitor progress and report on milestones and budget to the customer and/or the manager at Plat4mation. 

 

We ask 

• Bachelor or equivalent in experience. Master is preferred. 
• Full Professional Proficiency in English and German. 
• > 3 years of experience working in a big consultancy organization dealing with complex IT-projects and finding solutions within Enterprise Software. 
• ITIL certification is required. Strong preference for candidates with a ServiceNow ITSM certificate. 
• You bring in lots of experience with presenting and pitching solutions to customers. 
• Actively contribute to our solution portfolio, by providing your knowledge based on experience gained from customer projects. 
• You are authorized to work in Germany.
