What will you do?

 We are looking for a Business Consulting Specialist to join our team of PaaS-specialists for Plat4mation Nordics. As a Business Consulting Specialist, you will join our team to elevate the customer experience across the organization. You will play a significant role in the realization of the customer organization’s goals and needs by implementing a more business-focused approach aligned with their strategy.

Scope of work:

• Designing and documenting processes, policies, standards, KPIs, and controls at a strategic level
• Acting as a senior consultant across all aspects of ITSM projects including processes, organization, tools, data, and governance
• Providing subject matter expertise in Service Management disciplines as well as ensuring technical coherence across multiple development streams
• Leading and conducting workshops to explain functional solutions in ServiceNow to the customer
• Delivering high-level presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow and discussing and analyzing gaps between ServiceNow and the customer’s processes
• Defining governance structures, roles, and responsibilities, and required reports/dashboards
• Implementing systems based on agreed technical requirements, and in coherence with the system design and architecture
• Ensuring that the systems are configured and aligned to the agreed ITIL-based processes

We ask

• A Masters or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent understanding of PaaS enterprise solutions
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a big consultancy organization dealing with complex IT projects and finding solutions within Enterprise Software
• Demonstrable experience with the application of maturity models (e.g. CMMi), SIAM, and/or IT4IT
• Certifications in ITIL V4, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Hands-on experience defining Service organizations, establishing roles, and guiding the related people/organizational transformation
• Extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, preferably as part of an implementation at a large enterprise
• Experience with data-driven process analytics (Celonis) and process automation
• Intrinsic motivation to capture best practices/lessons learned to allow for easy dissemination amongst our delivery teams and knowledge champions
• As a Trusted Advisor, create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Extensive experience with giving presentations and pitching solutions to customers
