Waltham, MA, May 19, 2022 – Plat4mation, the global pure-play ServiceNow Partner in world-class consultancy services and applications for the ServiceNow platform, today announced the appointment of Jim Austin as Managing Director Americas.
Plat4mation is exponentially growing their global presence, and fully focused on making work flow for people through capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. The company experienced major growth in the Americas due to its sharp focus on solving customer challenges and unparalleled experience with ServiceNow’s Workplace Service Delivery Suite. At the end of 2021, headcount and revenues for the region nearly tripled from the previous year. With this growth, the timing was right to appoint Jim Austin to lead the America entity to carry this momentum into its next phase of growth in a market where ServiceNow has tremendous (and local) market potential.
Jim brings more than 15 years of experience in launching and growing ServiceNow practices to the company. In his new role, Jim will be responsible for leading the next phase of growth for Plat4mation Americas. He led the team at ServiceNow’s first Fortune 100 client and while as a Principal with Accenture, he established the ServiceNow practice. He also led teams in the ServiceNow practices of Deloitte, KPMG and Linium, among others. As ServiceNow sharpens its focus on how it serves different verticals, Jim’s experience in leading global ServiceNow programs across different industries will be integral in facilitating go to market activities between ServiceNow and Plat4mation as partners.
