Each year, the ServiceNow Global Alliances and Channel Ecosystem (ACE) organization recognizes the achievements of best-in-class partners who have successfully contributed to ServiceNow’s growth through transformative practices in business, technology and customer success. This year’s awards are based on partner performance in 2020 and evaluate a combination of attributes that include revenue contribution, product line expansion, workflow and skills growth as well as business innovation or transformation.
The ServiceNow EMEA App Development Partner of the Year award was presented to us at ServiceNow’s EMEA Digital Partner Awards event on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 during the partner award ceremony.
In 2018, we founded our sister company App4mation to consolidate, strengthen and expand our app development efforts on the Now platform. Since then, we have developed two extensive and very successful app suites: 4Facility and 4Industry. 4Facility was acquired by ServiceNow last year and is now part of the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery offering. This year, our other flagship product, 4Industry, acquired the official ServiceNow Industry Solution status for the Manufacturing vertical.
