Capability Lead DevOps & Build

Then this is the job you are looking for! We are hiring a dynamic evangelist to join our Strategic Capability Group as a Capability Lead for DevOps and Build.

What will you do?

As a key player in our Technology Excellence team, you will contribute to our customer’s evolution of software development and operations, targeting state-of-the-art platform-, and application architectures  by managing a portfolio of DevOps offerings and leading Plat4mation internal initiatives to enhance our sales-, delivery- and innovation capabilities.

In this role you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how organizations approach technology excellence and become services- and digital products oriented. In this dynamic leadership role, you will:

• Develop and Enhance Offerings: Drive the development and enhancement of new and existing DevOps offerings within the Technology Excellence domain.
• Lead Generation: Take charge of generating leads for the DevOps offerings, contributing to the growth and expansion of our capabilities.
• Network Leadership: Establish and lead a network of subject matter experts and champions, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
• Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with the Plat4mation sales team to identify and develop DevOps opportunities, playing a crucial role in expanding our business.
• Customer Project Support: Support the delivery of customer projects, ensuring the successful implementation of DevOps and Build capabilities.
• Internal Training: Contribute to internal training initiatives, sharing your expertise to empower team members and enhance overall proficiency.
• Partner Management: Manage DevOps partnerships effectively, ensuring collaborative success and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

We ask

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of working experience in design and implementation of DevOps practices, providing strategic guidance on DevOps adoption and, with a proven track record of leading DevOps teams.
• Capable of hands-on leadership, diagnosing complex issues, and playing a leading role in software/platform/application architectural evolution.
• Extensive programming experience with a background in supporting business sites, software, and applications at a production and support capacity.
• Proficiency in utilizing platforms such as ServiceNow DevOps, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, BitBucker, JFrog, as well as frameworks such as IT4IT, ITIL4, and Agile methods.Fluency in English, fluency in Dutch or German is a big plus
