The awards take into account not only turnover growth but also profitability and the number of full-time employees (FTEs) to paint a complete picture of the companies’ growth. Sales growth is considered the most important factor, accounting for 50% of the evaluation, while the other two factors account for 25% each.  Plat4mation has continued to show impressive growth with a CAGR ~30% in the last 5 years.
