Senior Quality Engineer

What will you do? 

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be part of a team of enthusiastic Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists. Based in our office in Bangalore or on-site at the customer, you will be working on high impact and challenging projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom and high technology industries.  

We help you to develop yourself further as full professional, by providing you with continuous training and coaching via our 4Academy, making sure you get to deepen your knowledge and skills as professional and in Platform-as-a-Service! Depending on the type of project, as Senior Quality Engineer you get to work on the following: 

• Review and interpret functional and technical requirements 
• Create and maintain test scenarios/scripts for manual and automation testing 
• Perform functional and regression testing, defect tracking from discovery to resolution 
• Clearly communicate issues/defects to appropriate resources in a timely manner 
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects 
• Work with the project team to help plan and estimate test activities for all test phases 
• Create training documentation and materials requirements 
• Support our customers by User Acceptance Testing 

 

We ask

• > 7 years of experience in software testing is required 
• Demonstrable experience with manual testing and automation testing 
• Demonstrable experience in Test management, Test Methodologies and Test Management Tools (preferably Azure DevOps) 
• Experience in desktop and mobile (both Android & iOS) application testing 
• Experience with Agile software development 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and strong organizational and communication skills
• Certification in ServiceNow Application Admin/Developer would be considered as a plus
