What will you do? 

You’ll be part of the Innovation & Incubation team at Plat4mation. This is a new (global) team, which is set up to pick up strategic innovation initiatives, test if they are viable, and put them into practice.
Your main role in the team is to research market demand, provide insight in opportunities, and test assumptions of new propositions by talking to potential customers.

In your day-to-day work, the scope of work will be focused on, but not limited to:
Development of innovation initiatives (Explore):

• Define possibilities / requirements
• Market research
• Validate potential (talk to customers)
• Support in developing (pre)sales and marketing materials (First call deck, solution brief, Blog posts, diagrams)
• Support in developing delivery materials (User stories, workshop decks, planning)

Incubation of (new) offerings:

• Be involved in delivering our new offerings, and develop the relevant delivery assets
• Test and adjust the proposition and approach as we start doing it
• Ensure that materials are generalized and made available for future projects in a structured way
• Train, coach and support consultants to be successful in delivering new concepts

Own and drive innovation initiatives

• Manage planning / scope
• Report out on initiatives
• Ensure team is enabled
• Monitor deliverables
• Highlight / solve impediments
• Organize project meetings
• Manage stakeholders

 

We ask

• Bachelor or masters with a background in economy, history or social sciences
• 3 or 4 years of experience in an IT-techonology role
• Good understanding of the business world and economical / market dynamics
• Intrinsic interest in technology
• Curious & innovative mindset
• Excellent communicative & people skills
• Good PowerPoint skills
• Good analytical skills

Bonus:

• Experience go-to-market strategies
• Experience as a consultant
• Experience in leading / managing projects
• Good understanding of agile principles
