Team lead & Delivery Manager Swiss (m/w/d)

What will you do?

You will lead a team at the Swiss branch of Plat4mation. Your team focuses on providing services to a specific customer base within a business unit. Additionally, as an organizational leader, you will contribute to the development and implementation of company standards and support the entire organization.

We expect our leaders to stay abreast of the latest developments and actively engage in our core business operations. They embody our core values and are quick to step in where needed. Furthermore, they oversee and drive the sales process, reporting directly to a Delivery Director.

Beyond nurturing and enhancing client and team relationships, and pursuing continuous professional growth, you will also assume roles as a project manager, consultant, and success advisor. Your approach will skillfully balance customer satisfaction, employee well-being, and a strong focus on results.

 

In your role as Team Delivery Manager, your responsibilities include

Planning & Utilization:

  • Planning of team members and resources
  • Planning of projects, opportunities, and internal tasks associated with the team
  • Monitoring resource utilization (billable vs. non-billable hours)
  • Responsible for resource management and team utilization
  • Monitoring supply and demand

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Recruitment (interviews) and onboarding of new team members
  • Onboarding and offboarding of team members (both entry and exit related)
  • Hiring and departure of team members (depending on company, project, or role)

Delivery & Operations:

  • Managing supplier relationships with the team’s clients
  • Proactive problem-solving, conflict management, and escalation management for delivery issues
  • Implementing and enforcing tactical and operational policies within the team
  • Providing regular input to strategic management and HR
  • Leading, guiding, and supervising team members

Goals & KPIs:

  • Setting, controlling, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) within the team
  • Implementing operational, financial, and personal development goals within the team
  • Monitoring service quality within the team to meet short- and long-term company and market goals

Team & Knowledge Building:

  • Joint growth and learning within the team
  • Increasing professionalism and improving result quality
  • Promoting team spirit and employee engagement through events and activities
  • Sharing knowledge and experiences within the team
  • Supporting the entire employee lifecycle for team members
  • Creating a positive work environment to promote well-being and productivity

 

We expect:

  • More than two years of experience in team leadership
  • Experience in managing workflows or projects as well as in pre-sales
  • Experience with KPIs, project financing, and professional services
  • At least 10 years of experience with ServiceNow in a project setting
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow (at least five years)
  • At least two ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (Pre-Sales Certifications and several Micro-Certifications)
  • ITSM & CSM experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • A desire to make others successful and happy
  • A hands-on approach and a preference for having management activities in your job description
  • Highly analytical, empathetic, and excellent communication skills
