What will you do?

As a Transformation Consultant at Plat4mation, you will play a pivotal role as a trusted advisor, empowering organizations to realize their full potential.

Scope of work (but not limited to):

• Lead and drive end-to-end transformations across strategy, culture, processes, and technology.
• Continuous improvement within client organizations, promoting resilience and strategic agility.
• Build intrinsic partnerships with clients at every level of their digital transformation journey, ensuring alignment with internal teams.
• Depending on your experience, take on a lead role in delivering ServiceNow platform implementations, ensuring the delivery of significant value to our customers.
• Drive internal team alignment, ensuring cohesion and collaboration to achieve transformation objectives.
• Combine deep industry insights with transformative methodologies to act as a catalyst for positive and enduring change.
• Deliver transformation initiatives on a project, program, or ongoing service basis, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.

We ask

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Transformation and change projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, IT, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience with Transformation best practices, methodologies and tools.
• You have had your first experience with large companies in the Financial, Services, High Tech, Engineering, Media, Telecommunications, FMCG and Public Sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Affinity with Technology, experience carrying out change management on IT implementation projects is a PRE.
