In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify and attract top IT Consultancy talent in Germany, shaping the future of our company.


What will you do?

As an recruiter, you will be part of our Global HR team but be responsible for our German branch, consisting of 9 HR- and Talent Acquisition Specialists. With 8 entities over the world, you will be constantly in touch with a diverse group of colleagues. The location of this role is Germany, preferably Frankfurt am Main. With our huge growth ambitions, you will play a key role in our company growth.


As a Recruiter you will:


  • Collaborate closely with our global specialists in the Netherlands, our local HR in Germany and with our management team in the DACH region.
  • Develop innovative ideas to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, and other specialized channels to identify and engage with high-quality candidates, guiding them through our comprehensive application process.
  • Act as the primary contact for management in Germany, defining recruitment requirements, setting priorities, and executing targeted searches. You will report to our manager recruitment who is located in the Netherlands.
  • Work closely together with our marketing team to refine and optimize our employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, talent acquisition templates, and other reusable assets.
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, and comprehensive interviews, ensuring seamless alignment between candidate profiles and open positions.
  • Update and manage candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Analyse industry trends and drive continuous improvement in active sourcing strategies, methods, and tools.


We ask

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in the direction of business/commercial studies/HRM, or related fields.
  • Around 1-3 years of work experience with sourcing and/or talent acquisition.
  • You are available for a minimum of 4 or 5 days a week (32-40 hours per week).
  • You get incredibly happy when you hire good candidates, but also get a lot of energy from creating strategies with the team that significantly increases the chance of future hires.
  • Experience with Xing Talent Manager or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • Being able to set priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both in German and English.
  • Structured and a commercial mindset.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Affinity with IT.
