What will you do?

  • As Customer Success Manager, you lead your team to work successfully.
  • You manage Support contracts and delivery of projects.
  • You get to lead a medium- large sized team of consultants.
  • You always find ways to improve how the team works together.
  • A focus on customer satisfaction is at your core in everything that you do.
  • Assist customers in their path to success by building their road maps.
  • You manage and work closely with business requesters and colleagues.
  • You encourage internal knowledge sharing and asset generation within a team because that is how we continue to grow.
  • Come up with innovative ideas and solutions to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Lead cross functional and technical discussions and decision making.
  • You monitor and meet the set KPIs.
  • Supporting growth of junior colleagues by knowledge sharing and training.
  • Contributing and working together with different projects and delivery teams within the same business unit ensuring customer success.
  • Ensure high utilization and motivation among team members.
  • Lead Service Management meetings with customers and create Service delivery reports.


We ask

  • Minimum education: Bachelor (in computer science or related experience)
  • Minimum experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow Technology is a must
  • Proven Experience in consulting, client facing or team handling/leading
  • Language skills: Fluent in English
  • Required certificates: ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS
