Plat4mation launches its first Employee Stock Ownership Plan

Utrecht, May 9, 2023 – Plat4mation, the global pure-play ServiceNow Partner in world-class consultancy services and applications for the ServiceNow platform, has launched an Employee Stock Ownership Plan to allow coworkers to invest in the company.

As a first step, Plat4mation has made the new Employee Stock Ownership Plan available to 125 of its permanent employees and is part of the company’s goal to involve employees more in its development and performance.

Eligible* employees are able to purchase so-called certificates that represent company shares. Certificate holders enjoy a couple of benefits:

• They are co-owner of the company, with more direct influence on business results and direction.
• Certificate value increases in line with overall company value.
• Annual dividend payout in certificates based on company profit, if applicable.

The first trading day on March 1^st was a success. Out of the eligible employees, 50% actually participated. A turnout the company is proud of, considering this was a kickoff.
