Utrecht, May 10, 2024 – Last night, Plat4mation was presented with the ServiceNow Devvies People’s Choice Award during the 10th edition of CreatorCon at ServiceNow Knowledge in Las Vegas. This prestigious award goes to the app that has received the most ServiceNow Community votes, crowning it their favorite.
Plat4mation’s winning submission is called Move4U. It is a suite of apps that facilitates and digitizes the entire process of relocating diplomats to other embassies, and was built for one of the federal departments of a specific European country. Its development took 2 years.

A Complex Suite of Apps
Move4U is an extensive, complex suite of apps in a single platform. The department it was created for, used to manually track the relocation processes of hundreds of diplomats a year, resulting in inefficiencies, unnecessary complexity, and poor employee experience.
With Move4U, the department can now track and manage these relocations completely digitally in a straightforward user interface, giving it centralized control of every step of the process – from the initial decision and planning of the move, to the relocation of the ambassador’s family and entire inventory. The improved workflows and automation resulted in enhanced operational efficiency, better quality control and a reduction in human error. This has had a positive impact on employee satisfaction.
