What will you do?

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you get to join a team of enthusiastic and driven Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists who are 100% dedicated to delivering world-class digital business capabilities powered by ServiceNow. We are a global strategic partner for our customers, ensuring they get the most value from the platform. Our broad services portfolio is exclusively built around ServiceNow, making us the one-stop-shop for all ServiceNow related advisory services, implementations, custom app developments and application maintenance & support.  

You get to work on high impact and challenging projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom and high technology industries. In this role, you will be partly working remote, at the office and at the customer premises. In all projects you will deliver true value to customers by automating their business processes through the design of innovative platform applications.  

We help you grow by providing you with continuous training and coaching via our 4Academy, making sure you have the adequate skills and growth in your role and in Platform-as-a-Service! Depending on the type of project, you will be involved in the following tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Translating functional requirements into technical designs by always keeping focus on platform performance, maintainability and upgradability
  • Safeguarding technical implementation quality based on prescribed designs
  • Building solution designs which always follow the implementation best practices of ServiceNow and internal Plat4mation implementation guidelines
  • Supporting the building, implementation, and support of our branded products built on Now
  • Making sure Junior Consultants adopt and adhere to implementation guidelines


We ask

  • You obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology 
  • > 3 years’ work experience in ServiceNow as a Technical Consultant 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English and German. French is a big plus 
  • Good communication skills and result-driven 
  • Creative mind and a problem-solving way of working 
  • Passionate about technology 
  • Living in or willing to move to Germany 
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
